All three homes are located within walking distance of historic downtown Windsor. With a strategic partnership with Dartmouth Health system, Historic Homes of Runnemede offers many amenities within walking distance of each residence. We offer independent living, residential care and can coordinate hospice care for residents. Proudly serving seniors and families from across the Upper Valley, including Windsor, Hartland, Rutland, Claremont, Newport, Lebanon, Hanover, Springfield, Woodstock, and surrounding communities.

This home includes 12 rooms in a beautifully restored residence with a bright, inviting library and comfortable furnishings, and a dining room where freshly prepared meals are served daily.
Stoughton House
With its storied history, Stoughton House offers 27 rooms, inviting common areas, library and sunroom. Rooms vary in size and shape, with some large enough for couples.
Cox House
This attractively restored home includes six apartments in the main building and one studio, with each apartment offering a living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchenette.
